Fully Engaged

Fully Engaged is a Virginia based consulting firm who works specifically with small to mid-sized clients looking to amplify their internal relationships. This company specializes in identifying organizational gaps within local businesses and leveraging the talents of employees and leaders to pave the way for a successful future. When presented with the opportunity to work with Fully Engaged, we were tasked with the design and development of a logo and website. Through our brand identity and design process, we were able to deliver a comprehensive branding package that spoke to their mission and encouraged local interest.

Brand Design

When initiating the design and development process for the Fully Engages logo, we wanted to conceptualize the values that were most important to the client and tell the story of what they do. Fully Engaged uses a growth mindset approach, working with clients who are seeking assistance in elevating their internal teams. The client also gravitated towards colors of black, white and gold – so we used these colors in tandem with the concept of “growth” to achieve a logo mark that represented growth itself. When looking at the logo, you can see a representation of flower petals, elevating and shifting in color from black to gold as it grows.

Web Design

Upon completion of the Fully Engaged branding package, we moved into web design. It was important to the client that the website was simple, user friendly and informed the transition of organizational growth that occurs when partnering with Fully Engaged. When designing the website we were sure to strategically implement their branding colors, in addition to integrating accents of the logo mark itself for a fluid feel.
